DH (dear husband) has a 2002 BMW X5, I have a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant and MIL (mother in law) has a small sedan. She and I would share the our convertible as our cars would be used the least amount of time. What are your recommendations?

That puts my payment around $200 bucks a month. i currently pay 130 a month for insurance and this would go up to about 200 a month if i got the BMW. So i would go from $350 monthly vehicle expense to about 500. To me it is worth the extra 150 a month.

Took the CarPlay option for 3 years but it is not good value for money, meaning for my next car I will not buy it and stick with the default connected drive ui.There are some finicky UI issues: when using the buttons in the car to go to CarPlay menus or bfakn.club screens it will just go to the active CarPlay screen depending on your location.

Drivers (all sportsmen) have dips in form, they should be given a chance to work through it. They can be done up so nice like you mentioned with the widebody kits. They can be tuned really nice as well. I definitely like mine stock and have no intention of doing any of that. Would like a louder supercar like exhaust I guess but its awesome as it is.

If premium is recommended but not required then you can run whatever makes sense to you. With premium, the engine will make a little more power and get slightly better MPGs but it might still be more economical to run regular because of the difference in price if you don mind losing a few HP/TQ.

The History of My 2005 BMW 325lI was frugal and bought it used just about two years ago. It’s a 2005 325I. Teslas running with Alfa Qs and M3s even on road courses. Chevy Spark with 400ftlb of torque that you could lease for like $100 or buy for like $9k now?

For the BMWs, I just not a fan. I liked the interior a touch more but I just couldn get into the car and really enjoy it, something about it was just lackluster in the driving department and I really disliked the exterior of the car. I didn feel connected to the car like I did in the ATS and that really cheapened the experience, I also not a fan of what it costs to maintain and own one.

And then you be stuck in a mode of buying new luxury cars, which will be a major expense over your lifetime and it matter less and less.Another alternative is to save up to buy the car you want with cash. It easy to overspend when you thinking about a car in terms of payments, but the tradeoffs are more stark when you pay with cash.That said, I won be the pf stereotype of saying “no new cars or luxury cars ever”.

It probably will. The base is there for your convenience. If you use a seatbelt, you’ll just have to fasten/unfasten everytime you take baby out. You might decide that’s not a deal breaker. The carseat that wouldn’t fit in our car just couldn’t be made tight enough and couldn’t sit upright. If you made a sudden stop, the carseat would easily tilt backwards and baby would faceplant into the back of the seat. We tried everything, and I mean everything towels, pool noodles, etc. Everyone was sure I was installing it wrong, but sure enough, not even the experts could do it. Now it works great as a forward facing seat in my mom’s car.

For the sliding it to another point thing. In my mom’s accord, the place on the vehicle seat track where I could fit the D ring was a few inches toward the front of the vehicle. Once I got the strap threaded through, I was able to slide it further back towards the end of the seat track. There wasn’t enough space to thread the D ring at that point, but there was enough room for the strap portion to slide in between the track and the vehicle there.

Someone eventually pays for it.It was, as the experts here knew, the 12V battery. Replaced on warranty, and all is well.Lingering issue is the battery died in 30 months and 8500 miles. If that an expected life, I hope there a source for non OEM batteries at some point. Near as I can tell, no one else sells a battery that fits/works in the i3.Otherwise, this is a great car.

How hard is it to understand that looking at bouncing tits can make someone think about sex? The guy I got this from was a Dr. in NYC who didn’t need it anymore. Original term 12k/36m. I finish out 24 months on the contract, get the loyalty from BMW and hopefully find another deal. My last car was a 2016 m235i fully speced and I got that for zero down, 450/month and got 3k in security deposits back. Only downside was I had it for only 1 year. Some ppl really just eat the loss. anecdotal but there are unicorn deals to be found.

Utilising the Chevy platform (Corvette C5 1997 2004), this car needs a few more parts to complete than the other Factory Five kits. If you’re on a budget, you can buy a donor car. If you have a large pile of cash under your bed, how about completely new and upgraded parts and a stock Chevy LS or even the beast that is the Corvette ZR 1 638bhp LS9 engine?

Make sure you aren on the gas and have the engine bouncing against the rev limiter when you clutch in to shift. But you also don have to wait for the revs to fall. Letting the clutch out while not on gas would match revs for you. When you are slotting the stick into the next gear, your right foot should be completely off the gas pedal, and clutch completely it. Let the clutch out swiftly but not dump it. Then as you let off the clutch, at the last 80% of of the way out start adding gas again. When done right and quickly, shift is smooth and doesn hurt the car.

PP (previous poster) are right though, you almost definitely have to move up to a 4 door for the post infant seat stage (which can come anywhere from 6 months to over a year depending on your babies’ height and weight. We just like every month we don’t have to pay for a new car. We tried some of the smallest convertible rear facing seats out and like PP (previous poster) said, it’s impossible to buckle them in there when you’re bending over. I do a lot of yoga, and I can’t imagine any way it will be possible. So, within a year, we’re probably in the market for a sedan with a big trunk, unless the minivan disease really takes hold.
