For the BMWs, I just not a fan. I liked the interior a touch more but I just couldn get into the car and really enjoy it, something about it was just lackluster in the driving department and I really disliked the exterior of the car. I didn feel connected to the car like I did in the ATS and that really cheapened the experience, I also not a fan of what it costs to maintain and own one.
They don’t need to win one Sunday to help sell on Monday. People will buy BMWs regardless and having a winning reputation won’t likely do much to boost sales. Just looking and riding their first iteration of the S1KRR it is very street oriented and friendly bike compared to the rest of the superbikes being sold.Even with current concession perks for returning and new manufacturers, there isn’t a significant enough of an incentive to build a prototype to the standards of Ducati, Honda, and Suzuki right now.

“People who have a feel for a car get into an Alpina and instantly appreciate the steering reaction, the special suspension, the improved engine and so on but equally, people who don’t have that ‘feel’ tend to getin, drive for five miles and recognise that they are behind the wheel of something different,” says Andreas Bovensiepen, son of the founder and Alpina’s co owner and chief executive. “They feel that harmony.”
No government official ‘deserves’ an expensive car. Many Nazis were also just following the rules! (an exaggerated example, but illustrates my point) If you can’t see the problem with purchasing expensive cars for the sake of appearances, with the majority of the country in poverty, you need to open your eyes!

The first Mitsubishi Eclipse was sold in 1990, but, like the Celica, the most appealing Eclipse models will be the second through fourth generations (1995 2012). Obvious benefits of these later generations are that they will be newer and carry fewer miles, but another factor to consider is the major styling upgrades that separated the later generations from the first.

Idea 6: Children and Teens Can Sell Unwanted Clothes, Toys, and Other ItemsWith the parents’ permission, children and teens can sell unwanted items. This will usually require parental supervision and guidance. While this may not be a business opportunity for young children, it’s a great way for a teenager to earn quick cash.
For the reddit discussion on the rest of his talk, see here. The apps will give info on any maintenance that needs to be done, recalls on parts, non mutable mileage, how far until next oil change, etc. All the information could be imported from the car through the internet to the blockchain. Then, using Thor saved onto the blockchain. I also could say it never been in an accident before even though it has been. I could also say it has all OEM parts but if we use blockchain we could have a small microchip IOT that verifies the part is OEM instead of 3rd party. Also, a scammer could swap VIN from a broken car to a stolen car. Blockchain can prevent scams and save companies $$ because of immutable data.
June 02 2017EmailTwitterPinterestFacebookDedicated BMW owners always knew. They have long and very happy memories when it comes to the big 8 Series coups of the 1990s, and there was always talk that Bayerische Motoren Werke would revive the Series 8 legacy, reinvent it. Now there is a powerful, beautiful new Concept 8 Series sports coupfrom one of the world’s great car makers.
You can buy this in multiple stages, from a base kit up to fully built, and the prices range. Most people recommend having about $100,000 to build a decent one, although it can get more expensive if you want 500bhp and really good breaks. No matter what you prefer, or can get cheap, you have to put a Ford engine in the back. It’s just wrong not to!
Failing individual aspects of scrutineering is common in motorsports, as a engineer you always go into scrutineering knowing that if theres any detail you missed it will be picked up on so that you can correct it. As long as the scrutineers point it out and its fixed before the race starts everything good, no harm no foul. The Keating engineers would gone into scruinteering knowing that if they missed anything it be pointed out, would finished it confident that their car is legal, again with possible minor modifications, only to have the organisers turn around and say “actually we weren really paying attention last time so your disqualified, sorry better luck next year.” Its really soul crushing for the team.
Fun to drive. The main reason I wanted a Mini was because they looked so fun to drive. Once I got behind the wheel, I knew it was a good choice. They can quickly go fast, make turns without a problem, and can practically park anywhere. A don’t really care to drive, but when I do, I want it to be in a fun car. Of all of the vehicles I have owned, the Mini has been the most fun.
Gas is cheaper in the US, yet cars have way worse MPG. In Europe, it is not uncommon to have a car that does 40 mpg and the propaganda that states that European cars are trash is just not true. A BMW in Europe with a 2.0 L engine has a 4.0 L engine in the US, yet it drives the same. The only difference is the MPG. Of course the fuel is a lot cheaper in the US, but it works out almost the same when you take into account the efficiency. I first became interested in this topic when i bought a 3.5 L Ford Taurus that does 20 mpg. The first time I filled the fuel tank i noticed an advertisement on the inside of the petrol cap. It read “Use BP fuel”.
On the used market electric cars are a steal for the same reason to. A new gen leaf will be a top contender for me if the prices fall dramatically when lease turn ins flood the market. You get cheap commuting/errand driving within your electric range. You get the same go anywhere fuel anywhere road trip capability. Cost splits the difference between EV and ICE, but you still get a fairly large tax credit. Also, you can make 5 PHEVs with the batteries it would take to make 1 BEV, which is noteworthy in the face of no reprieve in sight to the limited supply of raw materials, as well as limited supply of manufacturing capacity (this is mostly a human issue not enough trained professionals. not readily solved by just “build more factories.”).
Some people will say that you can just go to your fire station or police department. You can’t! It’s best to look it up because it will tell you where you can get it checked, whether you can drop by/if they have a car seat check once a month or every couple of months/if you have to make an appointment. I live in a metro with 2.4 million people and we only have 21 places to get seats checked. Out of those 21 places, we have 2 you can 온라인카지노 stop by any day of the week at any time, 2 you can make an appointment for any time during their business hours, and the rest either have monthly/bimonthly/quarterly car seat check fairs. I had to set my appointment 24 days in advance because the children’s hospital was so booked out. I would suggest figuring out how to get yours checked soon.
I think that what people are miffed by. People talking about their “attainable dream car” could be talking about something interesting or uncommon that they been looking for and saving towards for years (good), or just a pretty standard hot hatch everyone already knows about or even a fucking passenger van apparently (bad). The term kind of looses all meaning when people just slap it on a car that they bought because they liked it and could afford it, not a car that is actually aspirational to most people. It doesn even need to be expensive to be aspirational, it could be something unique and uncommon like a rare older model that hard to find or someone importing a car they wanted as a kid but was never sold in their country, but a Fiesta and a Transit? It just a bit lame IMO, and opening a post talking about dream cars in the title only to find out it referring to those two is pretty naff.
Having said that, with some basic automotive acumen and a few hours this issue can be fixed for as little as $50 or less to replace just the transfer case actuator gear whereas a mechanic or dealer would conceivably charge $1,500 to $2,000 or more to replace the transfer case actuator motor entirely (or worst case scenario attempt to replace the entire transfer case?).
Not “only in South Africa”, even Gordon Brown is being hauled over the coals for spending too much government money on personal items. Seems all politicians are the same worldwide. We are kidding ourselves in voting for their election “promises”. Every politician of every creed only cares about lining their own pockets and then they incite us with their pretty speeches (never written by themselves)to turn against each other because of all the problems they have created. Booooo to all politicians and their greed. Good luck to every private citizen you’re on your own, mate!
/ Simon de BurtonEmailTwitterPinterestFacebookWhen the drivers line up on July 7 for the start of the German Grand Prix at the Nrburgring, near Cologne, they will be prepared for a very different challenge from that faced by the legendary Argentinian ace Juan Manuel Fangio in 1954 when he won the race at the wheel of the Mercedes W196. Aside from the fact that Formula One technology has taken many a quantum leap during the intervening decades, the modern Nrburgring F1 circuit is far tamer than the one of old.
Absolutely, we are in a totally difference place now or we wouldn’t even be considering the BMW DH (dear husband) had a large increase in income and we’re over half way to debt free. We could buy a BMW cash with the sale of the cars and money we have saved, but would rather not plunge for a more expensive vehicle until we’ve bought a home.
To boot, there was no adult supervision at all. She can’t honestly say she was careful. What I do know about are cars, motorcycles, boats, machines etc and I’m a very qualified mechanic in several fields with an amateur motorsports history.I live in a very rural part of Ireland where we tend to know most people in a 10 mile radius.
The media would have you believe Tesla is in trouble. The reality is the situation is dire for other car manufactures. They are years behind, they are struggling to get batteries and the batteries they get are sub par. They don have the numbers to train a neuronet the way Tesla can. Tesla has created a drop in sales for most auto makers many 10% loss and growing. Service centers and charging are growing by the day and the competitions charging options will leave customers stranded.
With all the bulk of that supercharger.Just to give you an idea of how worlds apart is production bikes and motogp. Modern liter bikes ridden by ex motogp racers like Simon crater posts laptimes comparable or lower to that of moto3 riders in race pace. That is 250 cc vs 1000 cc, 60 HP vs 200+ Hp.11th on the grid using an “off the shelf” pirelli SCX, a tyre that anyone can contact pirelli and buy.
PP (previous poster) are right though, you almost definitely have to move up to a 4 door for the post infant seat stage (which can come anywhere from 6 months to over a year depending on your babies’ height and weight. We just like every month we don’t have to pay for a new car. We tried some of the smallest convertible rear facing seats out and like PP (previous poster) said, it’s impossible to buckle them in there when you’re bending over. I do a lot of yoga, and I can’t imagine any way it will be possible. So, within a year, we’re probably in the market for a sedan with a big trunk, unless the minivan disease really takes hold.
I think so, waaaaay too big back to front. We didn’t get a chance to “properly” install it, we put the base in there, buckled it and I held it at the right angle (according to the bubbles) from the drivers seat while DH (dear husband) tried to put the carrier in. We couldnt find a way to adjust the angle otherwise and didnt have the manual. Once in, the passenger seat went back and smashed fully into the carrier and didnt “click” into place, so the passenger seat was now dangerously loose and unlocked. :/
If the consensus view around the car from the company to owners who hold the company accountable is “hey, you’re contributing to the future of self driving” as it’s seemed to be, then I can’t be in. But if the pitch is “this is a great car that’s great to drive and brings the future to today” I’m interested in learning more. Hope that makes sense.
Dealerships aren’t everywhere. In my case, the closest dealership is about an hour and a half away. It is certainly a pain to drive to. I am lucky that I have one that close. Other people may have to travel hours to get to a Mini dealership. If you do buy a car, then ensure that you learn about your warranty. The flatbed service they offer to pickup your Mini is only for a limited area, and even getting a rental while your car is being repaired can be limited in how far you can drive it.
If you have read my other DIY’s you know I’m all about saving money, and 02 sensors are not cheap. For a “narrowband” oxygen sensor I have no idea what that means, so don’t ask the price ranges from $70 $200 depending what you buy and where you buy it from. Add on another $150 if you’re having the dealership change it for you. Sorry, but even $70 is too much for me, for a sensor.
